Service Description

Step 1 – Getting started It all starts with a FREE, 30 minute, introductory chat. This gives us a little time to have a conversation, see if we're a good match and whether we want to continue. Step 2 – The Commitment Once we’ve decided to work together, I’ll ask you to make a commitment to a minimum number of sessions. Coaching & mentoring can take time and 6 is a good starting point, but we could start off with 3. We need time to get to know each other for the benefit of the sessions and to learn what your goals are. You are making a commitment to yourself and investing in yourself, giving yourself a realistic amount of time to unravel what has brought you here in the first place and how we can use the process to help you help yourself. Step 3 – The Sessions I offer one-on-one video calls via Zoom. If you’d prefer a different format we can discuss this in our discovery call. Calls last 50 minutes and are followed up with an email outlining your ‘next actions’. Accountability and goal setting are an important part of mentoring and counselling. Session fees are £75 and paid for in advance of the session. For block bookings a discount will apply: 10 sessions 10% 20 sessions 20% Dates and times to be confirmed, scheduled and diarised. Missed sessions will not be repeated. The frequency of the sessions depends on your priorities and desired rate of progress. I offer weekly, fortnightly or monthly calls, in the daytime or evening.

Cancellation Policy

Please read the following conditions in full Booking: Workshop and course places can be reserved verbally or by email. This verbal or email booking will be held for a period of 7days only. Confirmation: To confirm your booking, payment must be received and cleared prior to any booked course or workshop. We will then send confirmation and enrollment details for the chosen course and venue. Payment: You agree to pay the fees for courses that you purchase, and you authorise us to charge your debit or credit card or process other means of payment. Payment can be made via credit or debit card by clicking the ’buy now' button on the appropriate page via the website, www.studiospeck.co.uk To qualify for group discounts, bookings must be made at the same time. Companies can be invoiced but payments must be made prior to commencement. We reserve the right to prevent/disable access to any course for which we have not received adequate payment. Cancellation & Refunds: Any cancellation of course attendance must be made in writing 4 weeks prior to course start date, otherwise a 50% cancellation fee will apply. Cancellations within 4 weeks will not be refunded. It is your responsibility to arrive promptly. We may be able to transfer your booking to another date or venue, this is discretionary. Should we have to cancel your booking you will be offered the choice of either another date or venue or a full refund or refund credit of the course/workshop cost. We cannot be held liable for any travel arrangements preventing your attendance. We reserve the right to apply any refund as a refund credit or a refund to your original payment method, at our discretion. If we decide to issue refund credits to your account, they can be applied towards your next course purchase on our website. Refund credits may expire if not used within the specified period and have no cash value. Please note: Online courses and workshops are non-refundable. One-to-one bookings are specific to you and therefore, non-refundable. Health & Safety: We reserve the right to eject any person displaying threatening behaviour to the tutor, or any other person on the course. Lateness: In-person courses and workshops begin at various times, it’s your responsibility to check which course you are on and should you arrive late, courses will begin without you as others may be affected.
