Attendance for initial client meetings can be arranged to establish the design brief. If required, a detailed, measured survey of the space(s) to be designed can be undertaken, giving you a base set of plans to go forward with.

Once the design brief had been established, and clarification of any critical needs for the space. this can then be translated this into workable layouts adhering to building & fire regulations. If you already have architects plans or a PDF of the existing layout, sometimes this can be formatted into a CAD file, depending on the quality of the PDF file. If you have no existing layouts, a measured survey can be undertaken to produce a CAD plan. Good space planning is the key to a great design outcome as the layout needs to work practically, design comes second. Along with the layout plans, concept moodboards can be produced for clarity on the design direction, also suggesting materials to use based on what the space is being used for and who the end users are.
