Every good project starts with a conversation. We'll start with a complimentary 30-minute Discovery Call. This is an opportunity for us to learn more about you, your space, and what you’re hoping to achieve, while also ensuring we’re the right fit to work together. From there, we'll schedule a detailed Consultation, either in your home or at the studio, by reviewing your plans if the project is still in development. During our 2 hours together, we’ll explore how you live, how you want your space to feel, and begin shaping ideas and direction. We’ll also discuss your level of investment, timeline, and the level of support you need, giving you clarity from the outset. Following the consultation, we’ll prepare a clear proposal and letter of agreement outlining the scope of work and once approved, we begin the design process, bringing your project to life with a structured, considered approach and a clear sense of direction.

This is the exciting bit where you can start to see the vision come to life and where the design begins to take shape. Based on our consultation and design brief, we'll start with concept moodboards, floor plans and cost calculations to ensure we're on the right track with your vision for the space. From there we move to the Detailed Design Stage where the design elements become more specific. We source all the materials and finishes including lighting, ironmongery, flooring and furniture curating a detailed design presentation with samples for you to see and touch at our studio.

Once your design is approved, we move seamlessly into the procurement and delivery phase. We take care of everything behind the scenes from sourcing and ordering to tracking, receiving, inspecting, and storing all items required for your project. If needed, we can also assist with appointing trusted contractors and trades. We coordinate all site deliveries and manage communication with contractors, ensuring every element is delivered at the right time and in line with the design intent. Regular site visits allow us to oversee progress and maintain quality, while consistent weekly updates keep you fully informed without overwhelming you. Our role is to manage the detail, the logistics, and the coordination so you can continue with your day-to-day life, confident that your project is in safe hands.

This is where everything comes together. Your design is fully realised, and your home is transformed into a space that feels calm, cohesive, and thoughtfully resolved. We carry out a final walkthrough to ensure every detail has been completed to the highest standard, and you’ll receive a comprehensive project file with all care and maintenance information for the future. With everything in place, your home is ready to be enjoyed; beautifully, comfortably, and exactly as intended.
