New Project Alert!

We’ve been working behind the scenes on something we cannot wait to share with you…A brand-new project that blends creativity, design know-how, and fresh inspiration 🤍

Stay tuned for the full reveal — it’s big, it’s beautiful, and it’s coming soon. This is your first peek of the space, it will be published in our projects section when the design is finished.

The brief was to turn this fantastic unused space into a new head quarters for an amazing local Bristol company. More on that later, here's the space I have to play with!

To design this commercial space we had to consider Part B Fire Regulations for capacity, as well as travel distances to the nearest fire exits.

When designing commercial buildings, as well as residential, the aesthetics are only one part of it. Safety within Design & Construction is paramount.

Flooring needed a level of slip resistance to comply with Health & Safety Laws and toilet layouts had to comply with building regulations, as did the layout.

We have a wealth of knowledge and design flair at Studio Speck, we can't wait to show you how the design is progressing in the coming weeks.

Check back soon for an update.
